Magnesium Deficiency
This subject is dear to my heart and I would like to share my story with you. Magnesium deficiency can affect people of all ages, both young and old, and yet it's a subject that is rarely thought about!

My mother, who had always been incredibly alert even in her 90's started to display symptoms of magnesium deficiency that were simply not picked up on until to late... It's nobody's fault, but simply that we are all very switched on to what is wrong with our heart, liver, lungs etc, but don't tend to step back and think what could be wrong with the most important organ in our body - THE BRAIN!
