FIND OUT IF HE IS ADAM SALT OR ADAM HAWTHORNE

This is about Adam Gene Salt director of Mitech UK Ltd and Adam's Classic Car Emporium Ltd a car dealer based in Smug Oak Stables, Smug Oak Lane, Bricket Wood, St Alans AS2 3PN. He is also a director of the companies shown below although most are either dissolved or dormant.

He also goes by the name of Adam Hawthorne, director of Mitech UK Ltd although a Companies House search does not show anybody of that name at Mitech UK Ltd.

I bought a car off Adam Salt (actually he claimed to be Adam Hawthorne in his emails) through carandclassic.co.uk in 2024 which a few days later was found to need over £8,000 of work! He claimed that it was a 'private' sale so declined to accept the car back or help in any way.

Since then I have found out that he is a car dealer a-c-c-e.com and it is my understand that if you buy a used car from a dealer in the UK, you should be able to return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if it has significant faults.

LETS BE ABSOLUTLY CLEAR...I am NOT telling you not to trust him, or that he is in any way direputable, nor am I telling you about my current Court action. However I do want to make it easy for you to do your due diligence so that you can form your own opinion.
